Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

Even when we’re absolutely exhausted, she manages to get laughs out of us! She’s the perfect mix of tough instructor with making sure you are working within your body’s capabilities. I make it a point to sign up for Amy’s class twice a week!

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

Voir tous les avisCJ was awesome! It was my first time going and he helped me with my form and provided me extra guidance for every exercise. The class involved a lot of boxing and some workout exercises and a some lap runs. It was a great workout, I look forward to going back! :)

Voir tous les avisAwesome Class! Dr. Meir was great! The exercises were well explained and allowed for a well rounded body stretch in a circuit format. Have never taken a class like this but enjoyed it and know how important stretching and mobility is for the human body, especially if you sit at a computer most of the week 😅 I brought my Mom and she loved it, hoping to return according to the biweekly schedule!

The Spanish songs were a nice plus and I will definitely be coming back next Monday to take it again. Great for beginners (the last time I took a spinning class was about 12 years ago), I didn’t feel lost and it was easy to follow.
