The atmosphere was incredibly calm, setting the perfect stage for a serene and mindful practice. The instructor T, who was not only fun and enthusiastic but also attentive, offering one-on-one guidance that made a significant difference in my practice. The class flowed beautifully through a variety of poses, incorporating breath work and even trigger point release myofascial techniques, which were particularly beneficial to my back. I also appreciated the playlist, the sound bowls, and mix of aromas. This holistic approach left me feeling refreshed and deeply relaxed.
