Voir tous les avisHuge studio with assigned mat sections - it felt very clean and welcoming. Autumn is AMAZING and has a very warm energy. Some parts of the class were a bit faster than I was used to but everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. The temperature was perfect - warm but not too hot! I will definitely be back :)

Voir tous les avisThe class was paced well and challenging enough. The instructor also gave us time to play with certain poses like head stands and wheel pose and I appreciated that a lot. The ambience was open and calming. I also love how helpful the staff were.

Ryan was great guiding me throughout the workout because getting a hang of the stations and quick movements was a tad hard for me but something that with practice (and assistance)I could definitely see myself getting the hang of. I love that the workouts leave you sweating and your heart rate up in just 45 minutes!

Voir tous les avisThe owners Chelsea and Levi Thomas cultivate a one of a kind family at home and in the gym. I’ve been coming to F45 Chesterfield for 4 years and although I don’t live in STL anymore, this place is always my first stop when I come home. I’ve tried several F45 locations across Dallas and in Chicago, nothing compares to the Thomas’s gym. The workouts are tough but every trainer helps you adapt the class to meet your fitness level or injuries. This is a judgment free community and no matter who’s in the class, I get the extra push I need to go further than I think I’m capable of. If you’re looking for a new gym, you won’t regret coming here.

Voir tous les avisWhat a fantastic class! I’ve been to 10 ish F45 classes at several locations and loved them all. This gym is the biggest so it’s nice and spread out. Several restrooms and a shower. The coach was great and actually did some stretching at the end which was fabulous! Will def be back. And the class kicked my butt in a good way.
