Teniendo en cuenta que la clase es cortita, de tan solo 1h, me gustaría mucho que pudiéramos hacer más días las posturas sentadas de la serie, pero a parte de eso, la encuentro muy buena.

Perfect for releasing tension, stepping out of your comfort zone while feeling completely at ease throughout. The mind-body connection was wonderful. Anna, the instructor, is super friendly and radiates incredibly positive energy. After attending on Monday, I felt great all week. In fact, the first thing I did when I got home from the class was to book for the next session. Also, CasaPaz studio is new and absolutely beautiful.

Voir tous les avisI love Lucy’s class, very energetic! but you have to bring your own mat or the studio charges 1€ to uses theirs - even though when you get to class there is a bunch of their mats on the floor and many goes unused.. most studios in Barcelona provide a mat, so it seems super petty to charge for a material that is just sitting there
