Unlike the high intensity reformer classes with 20 or 30 people, this class focuses on PROPER form and slow, deliberate movements the way that Pilates was meant to be taught. It’s a small class of 6 so she is really able to check manage everyone individually. Coming to these classes has improved the way that I exercise everywhere and I’ve had comments on how good my form is at other gyms, thanks to Melina.

The women’s bathrooms are really nicely maintained, lockers inside, large changing room, and many shower stalls with hot water. Hairdryer and straightener there too. If you arrive before the gym opens, you might not see the entrance because the exterior doors need to open first but a phone call later and it was resolved. Yes you need to provide some of your details to sign a waiver (pretty standard), but the contract emailed to you mentions it’s just a once off class pass entry.
