Voir tous les avisLily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.

Voir tous les avisFirst time at Pure Barre. Much slower work out pace than I’m used to, but don’t let that fool you. Wouldn’t think little movements would be so hard! Definitely worked some forgotten muscles today. Instructor was very kind and helpful. Also loved they have plenty of available parking in the deck around the corner. Hate having to fight for street parking before a class!

Voir tous les avisAdore this class. Great playlist, no nonsense strength training that doesn’t feel boring. I think a disclaimer for newbies to start with pretty light weights might be helpful - I’m comfortable enough to do that on my own but if I’d grabbed the weights suggested I would’ve had a bad time.

SIDE NOTE: Make sure to come 15 minutes early if you've never been to this location. The Y requires you to fill out a quick paperwork in order to enter regardless of class pass.
