see all reviewsI’ve been wanting to try this workout for sometime but I was a little afraid that I am not ready for it yet because of the way the classes were defined, like it’s the “most effective workout” out there etc., this can be intimidating at first, the class that I joined today was intense but doable, if you’re doing F45 classes before, think of the weights class of F45 with additional 15 minutes of treadmill done in a dark room like Flyweight. I enjoyed the class with Clark so it’s a 5 star for me, he’s super amazing and I would give him 6 stars :) The place is amazing and deserves 6 stars too. But I feel that it’s missing something, I was looking for that after-the-class feeling like you feel powerful after Flyweight, “we’re in it together” during and after F45, or even that homy and “you did it” feeling after a class in Saddlerow. It’s just not there. It’s a “sosyal” version of F45 with treadmill if you ask me :)
