Voir tous les avisDuring my recent stay in the area, I found myself needing to kill time before checking into my Airbnb. I stumbled upon this gym when looking for an open gym on class pass! The manager was incredibly accommodating, lending me a lock for the locker, a towel, and there was a shower facility. The gym is well equipped and spacious and I would definitely come again.

Voir tous les avisFirstly, the ambience of the space is lovely: lighting, music, spot to catch your breath after training creates entertaining atmosphere on its own. Poles are placed strategically so that every participant can see ones moves in the mirror. The instructor is always explaining techniques thoroughly and no matter if you succeed with the position or not keeps you motivated at all times.

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was great and explained the meaning behind the poses and all, but the place is not very calm or soothing for a yoga studio. People talk loudly on their phones, and with each other before and after class. Also there is a sign that you are welcome to have some tea before class but there was no tea left before our class. Note that this class is in Danish.

Voir tous les avisVirkelig fed oplevelse. Anderledes end saunagus i en spa eller svømmehal, mere intenst, færre bekvemmeligheder, men også med større oplevelse af fællesskab. Gusmester Louie var god til at tale os igennem oplevelsen. Vær forberedt på at klæde om i en kølig skurvogn med dunkel belysning - var glad for jeg havde pakket morgenkåben :-)
