Voir tous les avisI wasn’t sure what to expect with BUTI YOGA, but I left feeling amazing! I thought it’d be more weight focused, but was surprised with lots of movement! Opening the hips and joints, while still engaging the core. I left feeling refreshed. A great class to add to your weekly cycle. I’ll be back :) Also Kenzi’s energy was so energetic, really loved her!

Voir tous les avisIt’s in a corporate type center, so I wasn’t quite sure how to get into the building. Come a bit early to figure it out. The practice was wonderful and the sound bath was very magical- Ashley was lovely!
