Her sequencing had great flow, with a good balance of traditional elements and novelty. My body was humming that night and the morning after! Cues were clear and landed well. Her assists were intuitive and respectful. All of that plus she didn’t have the ego and rigidity that I sometimes see in yoga teachers. I really hope to see Sarah running my favourite class type more - vinyasa flow. Thank you!!

Some gyms and trainers feel intimidating at first but Nick was really accommodating and guided me along the workout. As a beginner, I would recommend this class as it have different options per exercise depending on your preferred difficulty.
