Voir tous les avisCoach Ro Ro is fabulous again. Leg day was hard. Apparently country music isn't allowed anymore (which is a huge let down), but Ro put on some 90s pop, and it was good. The lifts were challenging but good. RO was quick with the first mod. She took time to help me with a mod need. I threw every excuse at her I could think of. And she saw through the BS. She set me up with a safe exercise that pushed me within my limits. Awesome job

Voir tous les avisI had a great experience at this place. Most workout classes feel intimidating to me but the trainers made everybody feel so welcome and gave great advice during the workouts. My work schedule makes it impossible to sign up for a consistent class schedule but I’ll definitely come by again when I have time again ! Thanks

After class they spoke to me about different membership options but said I could continue to participate using ClassPass credits. It was a pretty tough nonstop with good combination of high and low impact cardio options and weight resistance training. Probably would describe the class I took as a little less than Boot Camp or across Fit type class…. I will definitely use credits to go back👍
