Didn't love that cell phones are allowed in the studio - hard to relax and prepare for class when someone is talking nonstop on a call.

The room is HOT (hotter than other hot yoga classes I’ve taken), but if you need to leave the room or take a break there is no judgement. I love the added intensity and it makes for a great workout!

A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

The classes are challenging, modifiable, and unique. Also, her voice is really relaxing and the music is good which is a plus! I always leave feeling rejuvenated and like I got a good workout in. So before you book an appointment through ClassPass, make sure you check on the website and email her to ensure that the spot is open once I got there and she got started on the points that I was concerned about. I can tell you that it was probably one of the best massages I’ve gotten and I’m planning to return! She worked on my back and shoulders and even provided with stretching tips at the end. The receptionist was kind enough to reschedule me for later in the day which was an inconvenience for both of us but at least I was accommodated. But then instead of a 90 mins, I was only tended for 60 mins. I feel like I should be owed a refund for the 30 mins. The massage itself was a good one.
