    Ryan is super funny and motivating! Low key have a crush on him BUT I digress— the workout is not for the faint of heart but it was super fun because of the variety of movements, which can be very fast paced. The amazing part is you can definitely customize it to your level of fitness from beginner to advanced. The treadmill portions are very different from any class/workout regimen I’ve done before. The ambiance also motivates you to give it your all; funky neon lights, dark, loud ass music, it’s a whole ass party. Ryan was great at encouraging and pushing you out of your comfort zone but not singling out or shaming for going at your own pace. 100% would recommend if you want an intense workout! The facilities are SO SO nice and staff are really friendly too, an incredible bonus.

    I really hope the middling reviews and some of the responses don‘t scare off new riders. This is an amazing studio and Joey is a tough coach who gets the best out of a rider. It’s group fitness to a higher level. The class is engaging and inspiring. Keep coming and persevering, even if you don’t get it, you will improve and be inspired. Joey is a great instructor and wants people to improve. He is absolutely sincere in his approach. I feel like every bike in that 9:30 should have been booked- that’s how great a class this is.

    SESSION is my all-time favorite workout on ClassPass. If you like structured strength circuits with small bursts of cardio, then this is the class for you. They start the class with a very intentional 3-minute dynamic workout designed to prep exactly the muscles you’ll use later in the workout, then pause briefly for a thorough explainer of every circuit. The strength exercises are strategically designed for anyone, beginner or bodybuilder, so you can add weight, incline further, or progressively overload. It’s such a friendly environment (dogs welcome at both locations!!) and the focus on weight lifting is chef’s kiss.

    Great, as always. The programming at Fhitting Room is thought out and varied but also comprehensive. I do wish they'd go back to pre-pandemic model of two instructors for the big class size. You don't get any individual attention or corrections in a 20+ person class with one instructor. This is alright for someone who knows more or less what they're doing but definitely wouldn't be enough for someone who is newer in their fitness journey.
