Voir tous les avisThe instructor has a beautiful way of combining your flow with dance - the flow was tough on my body but easy on my mind. The music was fabulous and the dim lighting was perfect for the introvert in me. This class will make you sweat but will not push you to crazy limits. Suitable for a beginner which I consider myself to be! Studio is in office building basement follow the signage!

The instructor told each person where to place their mat only utilizing half of the studio space, they requested everyone turn to face one another, not my vibe. She started the class 8 minutes late & ended 14 minutes late! Felt like my time was not valued

Workout itself included a good mix of challenging HIIT exercises (all modifiable to suit range of fitness levels) to get full body workout! Highly recommend!

I was nervous, but everyone is super welcoming and and Natalie makes you feel like she’s known you forever! Just show up ready to try something new and it will feel like you are dancing with friends after a while. It is super inclusive and you are not obligated to do anything you do not want to do. So fun and such a great workout! I will be back again and again!
