Voir tous les avisRex's workout was great! He is passionate about his job, and his workouts are always timed, structured, and intense. Hence, we sweat a lot. He remembers everyone's names and keeps on motivating us. His workouts are varied and different from one another whilst using weights, step, and/or body weight. The variety of workouts and minimal/none usage of gym machines - this is what makes me a repeat customer in this fitness center (as I don't like routine workout and hate gym machines). Thanks a lot!
