The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more welcoming. I joined a mid-level class and let the instructor, Rowena, know that I’m a beginner. She was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the session. She took the time to explain each exercise, what muscles it targets, and the benefits, which made a big difference for me. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place—especially Rowena!💙✨
