The session itself was very well designed to focus on the core and other muscles upper body and lower body etc . So so great experience.

The atmosphere in the studio was welcoming, relaxing, and motivating at the same time. The movements were challenging in the best way—they really targeted the right muscles, and I could feel my core, glutes, and overall body working throughout the session. Every exercise felt purposeful rather than repetitive. I left the class feeling stronger, more energized, and already looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this studio if you’re looking for effective workouts with a great instructor and positive vibes!
