I especially appreciated how the instructor focused on teaching me the proper posture and form throughout the session. Everyone was kind, the studio is nicely set up, 18 reformer beds available, full amenities available (showers, towels, etc) and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, the type of Pilates given is not for me. If you’re into classical and traditional Pilates, this won’t be for you either.
