Voir tous les avisNice class! I did some new moves I hadn’t done in yoga before so that was cool to experience something different! Robert was great but he talks really fast so it was hard for me to understand what he was saying sometimes 😂 the flooring at the studio is wood as well and doesn’t have any extra padding so it was harder on my wrists. I wasn’t able to do some moves I usually can do because I couldn’t hold myself up on my wrists. It also said on here that they don’t provide mats, blocks, or straps but I did see some there that looked like they were able to be used, so maybe if you just ask they’ll let you borrow! The parking is either on the street or a garage so it’s good to show up a bit early in case you don’t get a street spot and have to walk from the garage. Overall was a good workout, but I think I prefer Samatone yoga nearby. It’s a better experience and cheaper on classpass.

He took away my stress with this massage and the tension left my body. I left feeling like a million dollars. As someone who gets massages pretty regularly, I have yet to find one as good as this. I had never gotten a back facial before, so I didn't quite know what to expect, but she goes above and beyond with her customer service and care! Voir tous les avisBillie was nice, pleasant and personable. I had a nice massage. The only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the massage with gloves on. I feel I didn’t get an in depth massage due to that as well as you could tell when the oil dried up as you started to feel the latex from the gloves. Otherwise it was a nice atmosphere and pretty comfortable. I would recommend the deep tissue massage due to the gloves & if you want more pressure. Overall good massage just a few suggestions. :)

She gave me just as much care and attention as if it was 9 in the morning! My skin is kind of sensitive but all her products felt and melted in perfectly. I would recommend any skin type go to her. I really needed focus on my neck and back and I stated that… it was the most bare minimum massage I’ve ever had. The knots she was working on in my upper back are now in my shoulders. I could feel her moving the knots but she gave up on them. At the end she said “ok that’s all for today” then walked out of the room. The girl did not apologize for being late. So unfortunate for this business because they really could be great.
