Sophie was an amazing instructor. she was helpful and carefully showed me adjustments as I asked for them and although it was a beginner class, there were many different levels and I could make it as hard as I wanted and really get the most out of the class. I've checked out a few studios in town and so far I think this one might be my fav!

Voir tous les avisI really liked this class! I've done a handful of reformer classes before, but this was much more guided and helpful, and also much more fun. Samara was great at giving corrections, providing vibes and explaining each exercise and the parts of the equipment. If I wasn't just visiting, I'd be a return customer!

I travel for work so have started coming here when in Adelaide and have had a really positive experience each time. All the girls taking the class have engaged in conversation and you can see the rapport they have built with their regulars! It’s very different from other places I attend where sometimes you do just feel like a number (even at a studio I attended regularly back home). For this reason I will continue attending this studio when I travel monthly for work!

I was able to bluetooth my music to the sauna and choose lighting that suited me best. I found the sauna easy to operate and it retained heat throughout my session. I slept so well that night.
