She’s great for the newbies because she explains all of the moves and some of the other instructors don’t go into that much detail. She’s really funny and the sweetest. I always get the best work out with her. Most importantly she makes me love working out. No small feat for sure! I try to take her class, whenever ClassPass keeps it affordable.

Voir tous les avisThe class should be relatively easy. However, don’t make the same mistake that I did. I wore the wrong gym clothing and felt dizzy as a result. It was cold the past two days so I wore long sleeves and was quite thick, only to attend the class at a relatively warm day.
