First time that I ever took a spin class where the instructor came and manually turned up my resistance and I am here for it! The strength portion was equally challenging but it motivated me when he would jump in and do the exercises with us. His energy doesn’t stop so why should mine?! Do yourself the favor of taking one of his classes.
