Voir tous les avisMegan is such a great coach. The class was a great mix of power, balance, strength, and flexibility. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Except I would prefer the class to only be one hour. It’s exhausting to do an hour and 15 minutes, and Yoga is not a class you can get up and leave when you want.

Her reformer flow class delivers a full body workout while incorporating encouragement and before I know it, the class is over. It always feels like it goes by so quickly, whereas many other workout routines seem to last forever. I can’t recommend Jenna enough, so please schedule a class to see for yourself! 🥰
