Voir tous les avisThe aesthetic of the studio is so modern, clean, and nice! There is even in vanity in the hallway next to the cubbies with hair tools provided! I saw there were a couple bathrooms (stocked with hair ties and feminine products) and a shower room qs well. Grip socks are sold at the studio, as well as a couple racks of fitness clothes. I tried out a full sculpt class for the first time yesterday morning at the lake Mary location, it was challenging as there are zero breaks, but rewarding in the end. I didn’t realize there was a form foundation class (the class I took today), and I wish I started out with this one! The playlist was great. The instructor was very informative and he went around to each person in the class to correct our form if needed. He also demonstrated every exercise on the reformer first, which I absolutely appreciated so much because I learn best by watching first! Thank you Jean!

Cardio is my weakest and least favorite workout and this studio keeps me coming back for more. You’ll feel like you’re having the time of your life in a Miami dance club instead of in a workout.

There weren’t a lot of people there at the time I went (6:30 AM) and I loved that I didn’t have to fight for space or equipment. I inquired about a membership and the price was very reasonable. The staff member I encountered was very friendly and courteous. I would 100% return and recommend. It was also clean!
