I did a wash & blow only at TRIC today. My go-to branch is always MyTOWN since it’s the closest to my house. I’ve tried the Bangsar and IOI branches too — IOI is newer and feels super luxurious — but somehow I always end up coming back to MyTOWN 🤍 I actually keep changing hairstylists at the MyTOWN branch and honestly all of them are good, but today was my first time with CY and she’s sooo talented. What matters most to me is having a hairstylist that really knows how to make your hair look good ✨ Even though I only chose the normal wash & blow (no styling or anything), she still blew my hair so beautifully and made me feel so good for my date 🥹 I also did my brow trimming (plucking) with Grace because she’s always the most calm, gentle, and gives the most natural brow shape. Somehow it’s always less painful with her too 😭 I always go to Grace for my brows. I really hope they’ll have more people like Grace, and that Grace stays here forever because it’s honestly so hard to find someone that makes you feel this comfortable 🥺🤍 Will definitely keep coming back here!

Honestly, I didn’t expect much at first, but this place really impressed me with its end-to-end service service. From the moment I arrived, a staff member gave me a simple shoulder massage and even let me choose between mint or lavender essential oil. Drink and tidbit snack served too (orange juice, cold sky juice & lemongrass tea). Then the store manager, David, helped advise me on a hairstyle that suited what I was looking for. The hair wash was another whole experience, 2 rounds of thorough washing with a head massage, followed by scalp conditioner with a cooling feel, hair conditioner, and even 2 hot stones placed on my neck and shoulders. This was totally unexpected and honestly such a fresh experience for a normal hair cut and hair wash service. The haircut itself was pretty quick, but the whole session took around 70–90 mins because it included the massage, hair wash, scalp care, hot stones, blow-dry and haircut. If I’m not mistaken, they use Aveda products too. So far, I’m really happy with the haircut! Will see if it actually makes my daily styling easier 😂 But overall, this was definitely a very impressive and pampering experience. 💯
