    Angel is a very energetic and responsible instructor; it’s a 30+ pax big class yet she managed to go around to check on everyone ; Very beginner friendly yet still providing a bit of challenge to intermediate - Advanced riders… her instructions are clear; and weekends you have 3 hours of complimentary parking; shower place is inside decathlon and it’s very clean too;

    Even with only two students, the class continued seamlessly. The warm-up was tailored to the upcoming pose, creating anticipation for what was to come rather than sticking to the same routine. Annie's patience and friendliness shine through as she guides students step by step, adjusting postures according to individual needs. Overall, the class is incredibly enjoyable.

    Nik was incredibly professional and considerate towards me and my first-timer friends. Being Martial "Fitness" as opposed to Martial "Arts" allows the session to be more flexible with a good workout thrown in, along with valuable tips and tricks which would go a long way. Overall, great space, great people, great environment and most importantly, we had a really great time!
