Voir tous les avisClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Voir tous les avisSuch a fun class. It felt so great to be back on the pole and the teacher and the assistant teacher were so nice . They helped each student with their technique without really tiring us out. It was a fun environment. we could take photos and videos to record our moves . Can’t wait to be back!
