What I think is essential and I missed it a bit was few more pauses as this helps not only to take a breath but mentally also to regain the focus to continue. The extra small pauses doesn’t take away from the intensity of the class, but ensures sharper mental and physical coordination.

Every movement flowed seamlessly into the next, and she paid close attention to correcting our form while giving us the space to find our own tempo. Her instructions were so clear and intuitive. I’ve never experienced a barre class with this level of focus and engagement. Highly recommend!

Voir tous les avisThe studio was amazing - super clean and has everything you need in the changing room for you to get ready. I really liked the instructor, she was sweet and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner so i would say it felt a little fast when we do the 2nd & 3rd flow but i tried to catch up. In the end, it felt quite nice. Sweat like crazy.

Ik ben bij veel pilates lessen geweest, maar wat ik erg fijn vind aan Ash is dat ze heel gefocused is op je vorm, en dus ook langsloopt om je te helpen of je vorm te corrigeren (ze vraagt altijd eerst of ze je mag aanraken!). Heb nu pas echt het gevoel te weten wat ik goed/fout doe, en zie echt het verschil! Ze geeft ook opties om het makkelijker of moeilijker te maken, dus je kan het op jouw manier doen :) De zaal heeft airo, veel attributes, spiegels en genoeg licht! Ik raad het zeker aan

The class is much slower and more intentional than some of the larger reformer studios- something I loved- if you’re after that faster pace, this class might not be for you. Will be back for sure!
