Bianka is great because she’s easy to follow but also she is really nice to first timers and yoga beginners (me lol), helping us with corrections in a way that’s not embarrassing or making you feel shame. Will definitely return as I loved it!

Voir tous les avisI have never been to a class like this. First of all, it felt almost like a private session, as there were only three of us, including our lovely teacher, Angèle. I also had never practiced my vinyasa so intensely. Angèle’s dedication shines through her body as she flows through each part of the class, offering the best advice and encouragement while challenging us with each pose. In just one hour, I achieved so much that I felt both proud and grateful. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this good after a class. Thank you!
