The staff are incredibly friendly, and even the people working out were really nice. It’s got a proper local vibe, and it felt so cosy—I absolutely loved it.

Voir tous les avisWhat I liked about Tommie‘s class is that he gets everyone to really relax and ground before getting into the poses. Enjoyed his corrections too. I like the selected poses but I think there was a lot of Shivasana at the beginning and at the end and we could’ve had room for maybe one more really good pigeon or something to really make a soft chocolate mousse out of us.

And I learned a lot of new ways to use props to go deeper into certain stretches. Not a class for those looking to snooze, but definitely a great yin class.

Voir tous les avisI loved the class and loved how chill Vera was allowing everyone to do things at their pace. Not sure if possible thought but dimmer lights for this class would be nicer. The only thing is I wanted to write a little suggestion to the owners of the studio. I have been there now a few times and what I am really missing is bit of cosiness to the place. Water and tea station is available at most studios in Amsterdam so this should really be added. Maybe some plants and candles (reusable is fine, it is just for the atmosphere). Thank you!

Mila is an incredible teacher who intuitively creates a safe, supportive space for surrender and self-connection. After class, I felt grounded and lighthearted once again. I highly recommend this class and the studio;)

I leave the class taller with upright open posture and my legs are stretched, long and relaxed. But still feeling the muscles work. such an amazing workout that would recommend to anybody!
