Voir tous les avisWhat a fab way to start a weekend with some self care? Meditation, aromatherapy and restorative yoga, such a fab combo. The teacher was lovely an did the class in Dutch and English to accommodate all students and it was really well done (normally there’s a bias towards one language, but I didn’t feel that in todays class)
