Voir tous les avisNewer instructor, class had a good flow but more of an intro to reformer class so not usually as challenging. Overall would still recommend for those starting Pilates but if you want more of a challenge would recommend Fancy or Matthieu’s classes.

It was so dynamic and it actually felt like having a great work out. But most importantly, Elisavet, the instructor, made the experience so unique! She was explaining every exercise clearly, passing on an amazing vibe while inspiring us to push it to our limits. She was so focused, paid attention to every single person in the room, giving personalised instructions and corrections. Also all the exercises she did were so well connected between each other, felling like a perfect, challenging Pilates flow! So happy I finally found a class with an instructor that is worth paying for! I will definitely book her class again and again.
