She explained and showed us all the poses in front of the class, then walked around to help us out or give tiny adjustments where needed. The class was tough, but the jokes here and there got me through. I feel very safe during her classes and can definitely recommend her as a teacher! Coming back for sure. Thank you Sabrina. 🙏

Just one comment but concerning the group size, they are adding more mats every time leaving no space to move freely. Would be great if they would focus on expanding the classes and instead just focus on teaching amazing yoga.

Voir tous les avisI loved this teacher’s personality, such a fun and uplifting man! Loved the Indian-style surprise dance sesh at the end of class. Only bit of feedback is that his direction was a bit fast, so when he counted the breathing it didn’t feel like a flow but more a superspeed breath, it also made it hard to flow into each pose. I also wasn’t super into the Justin Bieber soundscape for the warrior poses, but that’s subjective! Overall it was a really fun class and I’d definitely come back! Thank you!

Het was mijn eerste ervaring met deze vorm van yoga en het overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Nancy’s begeleiding was zacht en geruststellend, waardoor ik me direct op mijn gemak voelde. De combinatie van zachte houdingen, ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie hielp me om diep te ontspannen en mijn lichaam en geest te verjongen. Ik was onder de indruk van haar aandacht voor correcties qua alignment, wat mijn ervaring nog meer verrijkte. Ik voelde me na de les verfrist en gekalmeerd. Although the location is very beautiful and would make a great yoga studio, the gym next to the studio negatively affects the vibe. That’s why I am not sure whether 10 credits are worth for a one hour class. I might not return for this reason as I think it’s a lot given the location.
