In her meditation classes she combines breathing exercises with guided meditation or silence meditation,and feels that the 30 minutes are going pretty quickly. She is really calm and serene and answers any doubts you might have. I go out of the meditation feeling relaxed and focused. In her yoga classes, the pace is perfect and she keeps an eyeon everyone, helping you with corrections when needed. I definitely recommend her.

Voir tous les avisI loved the place and the massage, it was truly wonderful. The room was cozy and very clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The technique was unique, she focused more on applying pressure to specific points rather than using a lot of movement, which really helped release tension. She paid extra attention to my hips, applying pressure there which might be where I hold most of my tension. However, I felt the timing was a bit tight. There’s only about 5 minutes to prepare before and after the session, and sometimes you need a little more time to unwind, fix your hair and get ready to leave without feeling rushed. While I know there’s a welcome area to relax, after a massage it’s nice to stay in a dark, quiet space for a bit longer. I’ll definitely go again, and I hope they schedule a bit more time between sessions.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly lady at reception, which immediately set a positive tone. The atmosphere was just wonderful—calm, welcoming, and relaxing. I was initially worried about the temperature inside, because some places safe money on heating, but this place was perfectly warm, allowing my muscles to relax completely. And then there was the massage—absolutely amazing! The therapist, Marjoleike (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly—such a unique and lovely name!), had such a warm and positive energy. Her work was exceptionally professional, and she used a variety of techniques that made the experience truly special.
