Voir tous les avisI have trouble finding classes that have a yin approach to the movements / flow. It's often quick and powerful yang, and then some yin (which often also is rushed); too much for my system, personally. But Fleur's class catered to my need for softness, also within movement. I liked the softness and slowness of the movements within this class, before we transitioned into yin/restorative. Thanks for creating such a gentle space. I'll be back.

Voir tous les avisI find Lahma to be one of the best teachers in Amsterdam - calm, insightful, and always able to gently push you towards perfecting a new shape or sequence. My vinyasa transitions (particularly moving from downward dog to chaturanga) has greatly improved with her guidance. Thank you!
