Voir tous les avisClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Voir tous les avisAmazing experience! Deep and fun at the same time. Deep - as it heals the armour protection we people put in ourselves in everyday life. Dancing and moving together helps removing it, at least a bit. Fun- jumping into the river and then sauna, and then again, heals the body and refills the energy., Absolutely a worth experience!!

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time doing Salsa Sculpt! It’s Salsa with weights and resistance bands. The instructor was so energetic that I immediately enjoyed the vibe. I left smiling and laughing at how I looked but it was worth it! Highly recommend for some endorphins 😂

Voir tous les avisI went there with no expectations; needing to shake it off from work. The teacher, Tianna, was a ray of energy and positive attitude, which helps to feel comfortable as a new comer. I know how to dance but I am not comfortable with choreography, the group made me feel okay being “clumsy” and at the end, I’ve just stopped controlling and had a lot of fun & good sweat 💪 - thank you!
