Voir tous les avisErica is excellent at her cues. I was able to work deep core muscles and target different muscle engagement that I don’t normally do. Studio doesn’t have as much parking as Lyon Village or Del Ray, but still accessible if you plan ahead.

Voir tous les avisOmg my favorite Mind the Mat instructor! Sydney had my abs on fire five minutes into class. Her playlist was awesome and a great way to kick off my morning! The class didn’t feel like 95 degrees, but her exercises and energy made up for the lack of heat. I don’t blame her for the lack of heat though, I’ve noticed none of the classes at this location are really heated. I’ll be back for her core work for sure though!

Voir tous les avisGreat teacher! The class was full to the point that she removed her mat so that someone could have her space, though it did not impact the class at all. She gave such good verbal cues that she did not need to demonstrate anything. Great slow flow class. She gave different levels/options based on what you were in the mood for too.
