Voir tous les avisThe front des employees were kind,pleasant, & welcoming, the gym was stunning & clean, but the energy & members were so low & it didn't feel like an uplifting gym environment unfortunately. I've been going to gyms all over the states & if I was a tourist I wouldn't recommend this gym. I had weird looks from many people & it was just low vibrational, a couple of people we got in each others way & they have no manners. But overall I had an amazing gym session with my fitness program but. Environment is a key element in a good gym:) can't change those people but you can choose to stay away from low energy:) although remember if you're just going to do your session walked in it is great

It was very helpful in fixing my form as a beginner without feeling like I'm slowing down the rest of the class or being called out. This class doesn't just care if you get a good workout today, but also if you're learning, improving, and boxing correctly (and safely!)
