He addressed common misconceptions with the form of exercises and made sure everyone knew what was coming up next. He communicated honestly about membership options without coming off as a businessman. It can be hard to coach a group of people with varying abilities who are all lifting different weights, but Tony did it effortlessly. He was a natural coach and teacher. As someone who gets motivation from lifting with a group, this was exactly what I needed today. Looking forward to returning!

Jordan is such an encouraging instructor, I felt motivated to give my best effort and reach past my comfort zone even as a wobbly beginner.
