Voir tous les avisI loved this class. The instructors were so welcoming and as a first timer it was very welcoming. They were both on the floor to assist and most importantly watch form so you get the best workout in the PROPER form (a hard thing to find in group fitness sadly). I loved it!

Voir tous les avisLauren was so much fun! Her commentary and direction during the class was not only helpful but also entertaining and encouraging. She had a great sense of humor and when you’re burning like that it is most definitely helpful! I will say I was a little confused walking into my first class only because the front desk woman didn’t do anything to direct me at all & so I walked into the wrong room since I had never been in before. I also didn’t know how to position myself in the room. BUT lauren made my experience go from a 5 to a 10! I will be back.
