With my recent injury, she provided modifications throughout it the class for me and continually checked in. The classes at the circus center all seem to be fairly small, which makes it super easy to get feedback. Learned some good cues and exercises for increasing my mobility. Would recommend!

Voir tous les avisIt’ll take a few minutes to get signed in and do the waiver. They have a $5 insurance option for the bike. Small bags on the front of the bike for stuff, the chain takes up most of that space. Overall good bike and good adventure through Golden Gate Park
