Voir tous les avisGreat class. Loved the flow, it was a good challenge. I was definitely pouring in sweat, but the music and our instructor, Christine, made the class very enjoyable. I would recommend this class, however I’d advise having some prior knowledge of the poses as the class moves quickly and not all of the moves are demonstrated.

Emily was especially amazing! She introduced herself to me, and continually checked in on me throughout the class without making me feel singled out. It was truly such a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be going back!!
