I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

Voir tous les avisI so enjoyed this class. Sam was great even with all the left hand right hand, face the lobby, switch ups 🤭😂. She even helped me balance at one point. I’ve never done a moon salutation in yoga before, and it was an experience. I love this yoga studio. They have a fan for life.

Voir tous les avisClass was challenging but a really great flow - which I loved! Mixture of attainable yet also kicked your butt. The music is more pop / hip hop which was okay with me but just something to be aware of if you are looking for more slow or soothing music. The only feedback was the teacher spoke VERY fast so it was a little hard to follow, so would have been nice for him to just not speak so fast, but otherwise good class!

Voir tous les avisI thoroughly enjoyed this class. I usually take intense classes and forget that I need to sprinkle in classes like this to center me. It really helped release some pent up emotions and make peace with things no longer serving me. I felt very whole and more like myself after this class. The poses and tools were dynamic and very good for loosening muscle tension. The instructor was very soothing and helpful.

Voir tous les avisShe was really sweet. My head or heart wasn’t in yoga today & I struggled more than I ever had with todays events / news. But she was so attentive and so sweet and kind. I was emotional (quietly) and couldn’t bring myself to smile, or even keep still at times but her kindness & unspoken understanding was so appreciated. Totally recommend.

I ended up being on time, there at the location, checked in and they were out of towels and I didn’t feel like I could do hot yoga without a towel to dry myself on so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get the class refunded and she said sure.

I was given an accommodation to a pose I’ve been struggling to achieve for months!!! No other instructor had ever mentioned there was a more comfortable and safe way for me to achieve the pose until class with Christine😭 means so much to be seen and cared for like that!!! So grateful. I will definitely be back.

You will not find another instructor that teaches the foundations and techniques like Chris does! He ensures that your form is on point, motivates you through the workout and provides you with a community that is truly unmatched. The workout is tough but doing it all together with the class, at your own pace makes it all the while. My favorite part of class is each playlist that Chris curates, every beat and tempo matches the workout! You wouldn’t regretting coming to his class!!!
