Parker adjusted every single exercise so that everyone could participate. Super positive vibes. The space is clean and fresh. Loved this small group class.

I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. However, once you find the spa, the receptionist team is friendly, and you will need to pay a 20% service fee, which in my case was $38. My masseuse was excellent and focused on all the areas I requested. The complimentary tea and water after the massage were great. I would definitely return to this place. The hot room was nice, and overall, it was a very relaxing experience.

Eddie did an amazing job I couldn’t have had a better masseuse! He was gentle while also being able to release a lot of the tension I had built up in shoulders/back area. Throughout the massage he asked if everything was okay.. which is great. My overall experience was a 10/10.
