Loved her pacing - it was a pretty fast flow yet she was extremely mindful about holding specific poses and stretches which got my heart rate up and helped me stay present. Also loved her playlist. I highly suggest you do this class on a day where you haven’t worked out in a minute. That way you’ll be open and able to do everything without the soreness of previous days, at least this will be my tactic lol.

I really enjoyed the intention of the class, which was grace, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. After the class ended, we all just sat on our mats dazed 😭😂. Voir tous les avisWOW!!! That was insane. Y'all the yoga to sculpt ratio is crazy. Don't be like me and go to solidcore two days before thinking this will be a relaxing heated yoga stretch moment. NO! This was burpees, jump squats, vinyasa, chair pose, down dog, and then jumping jacks. The music's bumping and like I got transported into my best, fit self when I was there. I'm not going to go here after solidcore again, but I will be BACK! It was so fun and rewarding!

The music is more pop / hip hop which was okay with me but just something to be aware of if you are looking for more slow or soothing music. The only feedback was the teacher spoke VERY fast so it was a little hard to follow, so would have been nice for him to just not speak so fast, but otherwise good class!

You will not find another instructor that teaches the foundations and techniques like Chris does! He ensures that your form is on point, motivates you through the workout and provides you with a community that is truly unmatched. The workout is tough but doing it all together with the class, at your own pace makes it all the while. My favorite part of class is each playlist that Chris curates, every beat and tempo matches the workout! You wouldn’t regretting coming to his class!!!
