I was hoping to get a good full body sweat and I left with just having sweated a little bit in the last 15 mins of the session. Not sure if the sauna wasn’t as strong as other places I’ve been, even though the temp said 142-144 most of the time. Also, I had 10 more minutes on the clock when a staff member knocked on the door and gave me a time check because they had another sauna client coming in 10 minutes. So by the time I was finally starting to sweat, I had to cut my time early.
