Voir tous les avisGreat tempo. The sculpt class is more of a heated mat pilates class than yoga sculpt. But nonetheless, great class and Sara does a great job of creating a zen space with challenging circuits. There’s no yelling involved which is much appreciated!

Voir tous les avisKiller workout!! Not for the weak, definitely don’t go when anything is sore cause you’ll be WORKED. Instructor super nice and gave great instruction. I’d recommend going on a middle reformer in the back so you can see yourself in the mirror and see people to your right or left for more guidance :)

Voir tous les avisHatha Flow with Leti was excellent. I love her creative and strong flow. It wasn’t the same old, same old Warrior I to Warrior II. She works some functional movement into the flow as well as strengthening, core and stabilizing moves. Castlehill Fitness is great. I used the infrared sauna afterwards and felt totally at ease.
