She explained the movements clearly and made beginners feel comfortable and encouraged. It was a great first experience learning ballet basics, and I would definitely come back again.

Tracey focuses on the quality of how it is done which is totally amazing. I recommend you to take this class if you already have enough ballet experience and you want to focus on artistry!❤️

For other newbies, I’d say - be prepared for jumping/bouncing/running on the spot type cardio, along with lots of other fun movements. It was a welcoming, judgment free environment :)

Voir tous les avisHave been to Ms Kae Ren’s beginner pointe class several times and really loved it! The class starts with exercises in flat shoes before progressing to pointe shoes. It’s quite beginner-friendly. So far, all exercises can be done with both hands holding the barre. There’s also a sense of progression between classes. In the last session, I even tried jumps en pointe for the first time.

Small class size means it’s also easier to improve because he’s able to give more attention and watch out for how you’re performing the moves. Would recommend, he is able to adapt it for your level.

I like that she constantly demonstrates and do up to 90% of all the moves together with us, this helps me to check my form against hers through the mirror to make sure I'm doing them correctly.
