    Amanda was a lovely instructor! Since it was my first visit there and I'm a Pilates beginner, I stuck frequently during the class. Though, she patiently kept encouraging me and offered me support to enjoy the moment. The studio was a good size and located in a convenient location.

    Instructor (AJ) was so energetic. Pushing us to the limit. I was struggling for sure since it’s my first time. But it was a really good cardio. The room waa dark so u wont feel embarrassed. It was intense, recommended to bring towel as I sweated so much!
