Also she counts down the number of exercises to do rather than seconds left. Took a bit to get used to but overall I really enjoyed this challenging class

Nucalm was really relaxing once I got into it, had an out-of-body experience, then fell asleep! I did feel a bit concerned about my belongings during as they were behind a curtain with me and I couldn’t hear/see anything but eventually let it go. I couldn’t have done more than 30mins for my first Infrared but loved it and used the ice bath after. Clean shower space for after, I really enjoyed and will be back :)

Please note you will need to bring your own towel. Also note, that if going with a friend, only one of you should book on ClassPass (we were told this will cover both of you).
