I don’t speak German, and even though the class was in German, Verena would cue the English name of the exercise after saying it in German so that I could follow along. The class flowed very well and was a great workout. I definitely recommend this instructor and will be back for sure. Thank you!!!

The vibe was so chill… Usually restore or Yin yoga is too “slow” for me but this one is a perfect combination of stillness & movements & stretching. The trainer paid great attention to my movements that was really helpful and he played the piano so beautifully.. it was super relaxing and meditative. Would surely love to come again! Highly recommended!

The studio + class size is small (was about 8 of us) but it gave a very cozy atmosphere which I enjoyed. Mats, blocks, and other equipment are provided. Can only recommend and would be happy to try the other classes with her!

Daher kann ich nur die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter in der Rosenheimer Straße bewerten, die sich drum gekümmert haben, dass ich eingecheckt wurde und spontan beim Yoga vor Ort mitmachen konnte. Werde definitiv noch mal einen Kurs dort buchen.

She pays a lot of attention to her students and she provides suggestions and adjustments for different levels. Usually her classes are quite dynamic but she is also mixing it with slow flows, and anyway everybody is welcome to adjust to their own practice during the lesson. Also, she is very professional and up to date about yoga and wellbeing in general. I would highly recommend her classes!
